Installation of a new Pneumatic metering valve assembly for faucet. Currently the existing metering valve assembly has failed and is causing actual building water pressure through which is causing faucet water stream to spray futher out. Replacing this item should meter the amount of water that is allowed to pass through when in use Going to searchfor the partfor this faucet.

We shall replace warrantied Zoeller control box with new. Installed new Zoeller 508 battery backup sump pump under manufacture warranty.

Replace outdoor commercial hose bibb.
Customer needs to pump tank. Tank is full can not snake it at this time. Customer is getting it pumped out
Arrived at the location and check the outside of the building and found the hosebib leaking and going tons3nd a qoute for opening the wall for putting a shut off valve for the unit and not to turn the main valve formthe house to stop the water explain everything to the employer Note matt know about it he need to find the part to finish the rest Turn off the main water valve for the house and search for the water line and open all the faucet to empty the water line and cut the 1/2 cpvc and put a new ball valve and wait 30 minutes and turn back the main water valve and flush the system out and check for water leaks and pressure
Opened secured assembly to find the air valves were over producing for the faucet Throttled down assembly for the time being to ensure this faucet wouldn’t continue to spray across the room Mentioned to jay we could get an air valve on order to have on standby in case this faucet has any further issues
Got info and pictures and going to send a quote to put a new mixing valve in the water heater room

Use: irrigation Location: Outside right side of home Type: RP Make: Wilkins Model: 375 Serial number: AJBH2793 Size: 3/4" 1st check: 8.5 2nd check: 5.0 Relief: 3.0 Water Pressure at time of test: 65psi Backflow Passed. *** recommend purchasing chicken wire and cutting out small circles slightly larger than opening and inserting into open pvc pipes on outside of home. Found 3 flue pipes on outside of home that do not have screens. Screens prevent anything from entering the piping. *** noticed seals around exterior pipes on right side of home that are deteriorating and should be replaced. An easy solution is using Duct seal, it's consistency is like playdoh and should be added around the piping and smoothed out to the surface and piping to prevent water intrusion.
Attempted to repair hose bib / wall hydrant on back of building near outdoor hvac units. The repair did not resolve issue with faucet. A new faucet will need to be installed. Employees within building are wanting an easier style unit to be installed if possible. Will email over recommendations for replacement options.
Customer approved over phone sent estimate via email for physical confirmation to fix the hose bib and add a new valve to the line to prevent further issues
Installation of a new concealed flush valve. - Existing flush valve is leaking from valve body. Replace the brass flush valve on the toilet by the front door and flush it couple of time job complete
Installation of a standard tank type toilet, left hand flush ADA comfort height in place of the pressure assisted toilet which repair parts are not easily accessible.
